What causes this on the iPhone?
It is a result of slow shutter speed and odd imaging.
I was trying to shoot an accident scene I came across on the way home tonight.

Thanks for that explanation Phil, I was wondering why that sort of thing was happening in a couple of my shots. Funny thing is, I think I’ve even seen it on the screen before even taking a shot. No, I hadn’t been drinking…(I think) – Bendy Fun House Mirror Effects Photogeekman!

Thats weird, I never got the comment awaiting moderation thing when I posted my first response (from work on a windows machine, so hmmm) Feel free to discard whichever comment amuses you the least!
Cheers Phil.
Oh! While I’ve got your attention though, do you know anything about my computer turning itself on after I’ve powered it down (off, not sleep)? Its happened a few times since the leopardisation – always when I’m not around to see….very mysterious phenomenon (and Jane swears she hasn’t fiddled with it)
